Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 2 cups of milk at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 6 cups bread flour
Instructions:
- Begin by dissolving the yeast in warm water.
- Incorporate the milk, brown sugar, salt, and softened butter into the mixture.
- Stir thoroughly to blend the ingredients.
- Gradually add 4 cups of bread flour, stirring continuously.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and allow it to rest for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.

- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
