Sausage Pancillos π
Recipe: Sausage Pancillos ππ₯
Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 3g dry yeast
- 12g sugar
- 1 egg
- 42g butter, melted
- 125ml warm milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 sausages
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- Smoothie and parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, dry yeast, sugar, egg, melted butter, warm milk, and salt. Mix well until a smooth dough forms. Knead until homogeneous. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for 90 minutes, allowing it to rise.
- After resting, divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long strip and wrap it around a sausage, making sure to seal the ends. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet and let them rest for an additional 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 356ΒΊF (180Β°C).
- Brush the wrapped sausages with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped parsley for decoration.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the pancillos are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or enjoy as they are.
