  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. Sauté spinach in a skillet until wilted.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  6. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, crumbled bacon, sautéed spinach, and half the cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
