1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for binding)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
