Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
Crockpot Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Sauce
In a large zip lock bag, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper if desired.
Step 2: Coat the Ribs
Seal the bag and massage the sauce mixture into the ribs until evenly coated.
Step 3: Prepare the Slow Cooker
Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Step 4: Cook the Ribs
Transfer the ribs from the bag into the slow cooker. Pour ¾ of the sauce from the bag over the ribs, ensuring they are well covered.
Step 5: Slow Cook
Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours until the meat is tender and falls off the bone, or on low for 7 to 9 hours for a slower cook that also results in tender ribs.
Step 6: Serve
Serve the ribs with additional sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your delicious slow cooker barbecue ribs!
