Smoked Chicken Wings 😋😋
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of hot sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill for indirect heat, creating a two-zone setup with a cooler side and a hotter side.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and coat them with the spice mixture, ensuring they are evenly seasoned.
- Arrange the wings on the cooler side of the grill and smoke them for about 1 hour, until fully cooked and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, mix melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Once the wings are smoked, brush them with the buttery hot sauce mixture, then transfer them to the hotter side of the grill.
- Grill the wings for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until they develop a crispy, caramelized exterior.
- Remove the wings from the grill and serve them hot, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauces or sides. Enjoy!
