Ingredients:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons paprika

- 4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
- Create the Flour Mixture: In a large plastic bag, mix the flour, garlic salt, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
- Coat the Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the bag, seal it, and shake well to coat the chicken evenly with the flour mixture.
- Double Dipping: Dip the flour-coated chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then return them to the flour mixture for a second coating.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet to 365°F (185°C). Fry the chicken pieces on all sides until they are golden brown.
- Cook Through: Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking the chicken for an additional 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.
- Drain and Serve: Drain the cooked chicken on paper towels before serving.
