  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped spinach and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.
