Ingredients:

  • 500g strawberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 packs of cream (200ml each)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Strawberries:

Clean and wash the strawberries, removing the stems. Place them in a suitable container and freeze until solid.

2. Blend the Strawberries:

Transfer the frozen strawberries to a blender or food processor and blend until they form a smooth puree.

3. Add Sugar and Cream:

Add the sugar to the strawberry puree and blend for an additional minute until well combined. Pour the mixture into a suitable container and add the cream.

4. Mix Well:

Use a blender to mix the strawberry and cream mixture for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

5. Chill:

Cover the mixture and place it in the freezer for 1 hour.

6. Blend Again:

After 1 hour, remove the mixture from the freezer and blend again for 2 minutes to incorporate air and ensure a smooth texture. Repeat this blending process 3 times in total.

7. Final Freeze:

Transfer the ice cream into a suitable container, cover, and freeze overnight.

8. Serve:

Serve and enjoy your delicious homemade strawberry ice cream!
