Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with salt. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and form potato cakes, frying until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto a potato cake, top with shredded cheese, and cover with another potato cake, sealing the edges.
- Fry stuffed potato cakes until crispy and golden brown.
