2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, walnuts, maple syrup (if using), and salt until well mixed.
