Tender Cottage Cheese Waffles with Mushrooms and Cheese ‘Forest’ π₯
Ingredients for 10 waffles:
- Cottage cheese 2% – 360 g
- Egg – 1
- Rice flour – 80 g
- Mushrooms – 200 g
- Butter 82% – 5 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
Instructions:
- Slice mushrooms and sautΓ© in butter until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash cottage cheese, egg, and grated cheese with a fork.
- Add salt, baking powder, sautΓ©ed mushrooms, and flour to the mixture, mix well.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of batter with a heap into the waffle iron and bake for 3-4 minutes (time depends on the waffle iron).
