Ingredients for 10 waffles:

  • Cottage cheese 2% – 360 g
  • Egg – 1
  • Rice flour – 80 g
  • Mushrooms – 200 g
  • Butter 82% – 5 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Baking powder – 1.5 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Slice mushrooms and sautΓ© in butter until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mash cottage cheese, egg, and grated cheese with a fork.
  3. Add salt, baking powder, sautΓ©ed mushrooms, and flour to the mixture, mix well.
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter with a heap into the waffle iron and bake for 3-4 minutes (time depends on the waffle iron).
