Ingredients:

- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 600 grams of minced beef
- 100 ml dry red wine
- 300 grams of chopped tomatoes
- 40 grams of butter
- 1 leek, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 500 ml milk
- 80 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 300 grams of pasta (your choice)
- 150 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- A pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meat Sauce:
- Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add the minced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Pour in the dry red wine and let it reduce by half.
