My Lemon Juice Cake Recipe š
Today, I’m sharing my lemon juice cake made in the Ninja 10-in-1 oven.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium eggs
- 230g all-purpose flour (type 45)
- 50g shredded coconut
- 50g potato starch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 140g lemon juice š
- 140g oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the Ninja oven to 180Ā°C (350Ā°F) in bake mode.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Add oil and continue beating, then mix in lemon juice.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder, and shredded coconut, beating until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake pan.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Oven times may vary, so check occasionally.
The cake turned out wonderfully airy, like a cloud, and incredibly delicious šš
