Tropical Orange Jello Salad is a refreshing and fruity dessert perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 package (3 oz) orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the jello mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2-4 hours until set. For best results, let it chill overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped topping if desired for added creaminess.
  8. Cut into squares or scoop out portions and serve chilled.
