- 1 package (3 oz) orange jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 cup whipped topping (optional)
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the jello mixture. Stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2-4 hours until set. For best results, let it chill overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped topping if desired for added creaminess.
- Cut into squares or scoop out portions and serve chilled.
