Ingredients:
- 200 grams of softened butter
- 250 grams of light brown sugar (approximately 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 320 grams of all-purpose flour (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
- 5.3 oz of Nutella
- 8 Kinder Bueno sticks
- 5.3 oz hazelnut cream spread
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine softened butter and light brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the room temperature egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gradually fold in the flour and baking soda until a dough forms.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips into the dough evenly.
- Line an 8″ cake tin with parchment paper. Reserve 1/3 of the dough and press the remaining dough into the bottom and halfway up the sides of the tin.
- Evenly spread Nutella over the dough, then arrange the Kinder Bueno sticks on top.
- Spread hazelnut cream spread over the Bueno sticks, ensuring full coverage.
- Flatten the reserved dough and place it on top of the hazelnut spread, sealing the edges and smoothing the surface. Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 356°F (180°C) for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely in the tin before serving.
