  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond or oat milk for vegan option)
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry puree, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract + sweetener, to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional Toppings: Whipped cream, fresh raspberries, crushed freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Raspberry Puree: Blend fresh or frozen raspberries until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Brew and Chill Coffee: Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature (approximately 15-20 minutes).
  3. Assemble the Drink: Pour chilled raspberry puree into the bottom of a tall glass.
  4. Add Ice: Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice cubes.
