¾ cup warmed water
2 ¼ teaspoons active dried yeast
¼ cup melted unsalted vegan butter
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 tablespoons salted vegan butter
6 cloves garlic
¼ teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of warmed water with 2 ¼ teaspoons of active dried yeast. Let this mixture sit undisturbed for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy and bubbles appear.
Once the yeast mixture is foamy, stir in ¼ cup of melted vegan butter. Gradually add in 2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it by hand for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Lightly oil a large mixing bowl and place the kneaded dough inside, turning it to coat. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, prepare the garlic filling by mixing 6 tablespoons of softened salted vegan butter with 6 finely minced cloves of garlic in a bowl.
Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release any air bubbles. Divide the dough into 10-12 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
Cover the loaf pan with a cloth or plastic wrap and allow it to rise for an additional 30 minutes.
As the dough completes its second rise, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the tops of the risen dough with melted vegan butter.
Carefully place the loaf pan into the preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is deeply golden brown.
After baking, remove the Vegan Garlic Pull Apart Bread from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
