- 2 cups fresh grapefruit, segmented
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup green apples, diced
- 1 cup red apples, diced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Juice of 1 lime
- A pinch of salt
- Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Peel and segment the oranges and grapefruit, then set them aside.
- Core the green and red apples and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
