Instructions

  1. Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Peel and segment the oranges and grapefruit, then set them aside.
  2. Core the green and red apples and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Peel the kiwi and slice them into rounds or half-moons.
  4. Cut the grapes in half.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits: oranges, grapefruit, apples, kiwi, grapes, and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fruit mixture.
  7. If you prefer a sweeter salad, drizzle honey over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
