- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Dice the pineapple, slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and peel and dice the kiwi.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, halved grapes, diced kiwi, and mandarin oranges.
- If you prefer a sweeter salad, drizzle the honey over the mixed fruits and gently toss to combine.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped mint leaves on top.
- Use a large spoon to scoop the salad into serving bowls or a decorative platter.
