Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g plain unsweetened yogurt
- 50 g oil
- 300 g flour
- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Additional Items:
- A drop of oil (to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands)
- Granulated sugar (to taste)
- Extra chocolate chips (for topping, optional)
Instructions:
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, oil, and sugar. Stir until well blended.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar to the mixture. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Incorporate Chocolate Chips: Fold in the dark chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
- Shape the Cookies: Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls, using a drop of oil to prevent sticking if necessary.
- Coat in Sugar: Roll each ball in granulated sugar to coat.
- Bake: Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If desired, press a few extra chocolate chips into the tops of each cookie. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
