Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions:

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs. Gradually pour in the milk and water while stirring continuously until well combined. Add the salt and melted butter, and beat the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Step 2: Preheat a griddle or a lightly greased pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the heated surface, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to ensure the batter spreads evenly across the surface.

Step 3: Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly golden brown. Carefully flip them over using a spatula, and cook the other side until golden brown as well.

Step 4: Serve the pancakes hot, topped with your favorite syrup, fruit, or other toppings of choice. Enjoy your delicious homemade pancakes!
