  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  2. Create the Flour Mixture: In a large plastic bag, mix the flour, garlic salt, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the bag, seal it, and shake well to coat the chicken evenly with the flour mixture.
  4. Double Dipping: Dip the flour-coated chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then return them to the flour mixture for a second coating.
  5. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet to 365°F (185°C). Fry the chicken pieces on all sides until they are golden brown.
  6. Cook Through: Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking the chicken for an additional 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.
  7. Drain and Serve: Drain the cooked chicken on paper towels before serving.
