Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Batter: Combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
