- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz or saltines)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still crisp, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped onion and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
