Cajun Salmon and Shrimp Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Generously season the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillet for 5 minutes on each side, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return seafood to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
