  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 medium Banana Slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until incorporated.
  4. Fold in all-purpose flour gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, top with banana slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
