A quick and delightful Christmas treat featuring layers of chocolate fudge topped with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and semi-sweet chocolate chips in another medium bowl. Divide sweetened condensed milk evenly between the two bowls.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each round. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each round. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Mix in the Christmas sprinkles and spread this layer evenly on top of the semi-sweet chocolate fudge layer.
  5. Top with additional sprinkles and chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least one hour before slicing and serving.
