Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain pasta.

  4. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Add drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water gradually to create the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat. Stir in fresh basil.
