  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and eggnog. Stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. Allow the mixture to boil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Add the white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream to the saucepan. Stir until everything is melted and combined.
  6. If desired, fold in the chopped pecans or walnuts.
  7. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  8. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until it is set.
