- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 2 cups sparkling water (or club soda)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)

- In a medium saucepan, bring the 4 cups of water to a boil.
