Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the Crust: Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  4. Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  5. Add Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in Sour Cream and Flour: Stir in the sour cream and flour until smooth.
