Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:

  1. Pat dry the steak cubes with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on all sides.

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

  1. Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Stir well to combine.
  2. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.

  1. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness and color.
