Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
