  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and light corn syrup. Continue stirring until well combined and bubbling.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly distributed.
  6. Quickly pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles for serving.
