Simple Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 container of yogurt
• 1 container of sugar
• 1 container of oil
• 1 container of milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 packet of baking powder
• Vanilla
• Flour
• The measurements are based on the yogurt container

Preparation:

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
2. Using an electric mixer or a hand whisk, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until well combined.
4. Add the yogurt, then the oil, and milk, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla and baking powder, continuing to mix thoroughly.
5. Gradually add approximately 3 containers of flour, mixing until the batter is thick and smooth.
6. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites, mixing slowly to maintain the airy texture.
7. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake in the oven until done.
