1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may look slightly underbaked, which is perfect for a gooey texture.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
