Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14 oz) wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of the muffin tin to form a shell.
  3. Bake the wonton wrappers for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture into each baked wonton shell, filling them generously.
  6. Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.
  8. Enjoy the Spinach-Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups while they are warm and gooey for the best flavor experience.
