Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan until golden brown, then let it cool completely.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Combine the cooled brown butter and brown sugar, then beat in the eggs, vanilla, and orange zest until smooth.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, incorporating white chocolate and dried cranberries.
Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are golden.
Allow the bars to cool completely, then prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
Frost the cooled bars and sprinkle chopped cranberries on top.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the frosted bars and let it set.
Once set, slice the bars and serve them at room temperature.
