- 4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, heavy cream, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until blended.
- In a greased baking dish, arrange a layer of zucchini slices at the bottom.
