Ingredients:

  • Water: 200 ml
  • Flour: 5 cups
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and water gradually, kneading until you achieve a soft dough.

  2. Divide and Roll:

    Divide the dough into four equal portions. Using a rolling pin, roll out each portion as thinly as possible.

  3. Add the Filling:

    Spread the cheese filling evenly over the rolled-out dough at regular intervals. Roll out the second portion of dough similarly and place it over the first layer with the filling.

  4. Shape the Pastries:

    Use the rim of a glass to press down on the layered dough and cut out circular shapes.

  5. Cook:

    Heat a pan with a little oil. Cook the shaped pastries in the preheated pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
