Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 28.5 oz bags of Reese’s Baking Cups
  • 28.5 oz bags of Reese’s Pieces Candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add sugar, flour, butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Beat well until batter is smooth.
  4. Transfer half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle one bag of the Reese’s cups and candy over the top.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the candy layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining bag of Reese’s evenly over the top of the batter and gently press them into the surface.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.

Notes

  • For best results, ensure ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of Reese’s to your liking.
  • Don’t overmix the batter; that can make your brownies tough.
  • For extra fudginess, slightly underbake the brownies—they’ll firm up as they cool.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting; this way, they won’t crumble.
  • Try adding nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture and flavor.
